The executive committee
The Executive Committee monitors the implementation of the directions decided by the Board of Directors and oversees the administration of the Egg Board’s day-to-day operations. The Executive Committee is made up of the president of the Board of Directors and its two vice-presidents.

The board of directors
The Board of Directors decides on the directions, policies, regulations and issues that concern the Egg Board. It is made up of seven presidents and four vice-presidents from the affiliated unions. Each year, the president of the Board of Directors and its two vice-presidents are elected by universal suffrage at the Quebec Egg Farmers’General Annual Meeting.

The membership base of the Quebec Egg Farmers is made up of 108 table egg producers throughout Quebec, organized into seven regional unions.
